May is here, and with it comes a season that often feels like both a finish line and a starting point. You’re wrapping up spring rhythms while already looking ahead to summer ministry—camps, VBS, mission trips, and all the moments in between.
It’s also Mental Health Awareness Month. Ministry can be incredibly life-giving, but it can also be heavy. You’re carrying stories, showing up for others, and pouring out week after week. If no one’s told you lately, your well-being matters, too.
